ARE YOU SAVAGE ENOUGH?
I have been busy working full time, planning our upcoming nuptials (April 2009), starting a new season of CANCER to 5K, I'm on BABY WATCH for my new nephew (due in less than 5 weeks), and of course training for IM USA 2009. So my fundraising hopes for SAVAGEMAN fell to the way side a bit BUT when have you ever known me not to give it one last try?
SUNDAY IS RACE DAY!
And since this Triathlon raises funds for a cause close to my heart:
RAISING AWARENESS OF MELANOMA AND SKIN CANCER
I'm still hoping to show up tomorrow for race registration having raised $500.00 for the Joanna M. Nicolay Melanoma Foundation of Maryland.
Right now, I am at $300.00 raised...
just $200.00 more to reach my modified goal.
