You rock, Holly! I just shake my head when I see triathletes worried about what their tan lines look like. Maybe they should be worried about what their crow's feet from damaged skin will look like, or what their surgical scars will look like from lesion removal.
I was going to mention in my Steelhead post about a couple of women I saw that made my jaw drop. They were as tanned and as dark as you can imagine...I had two words for them.."sun-screen"...when they walked by a group of "other" women, they too looked at each other in horror..I mean come on..that LOOK IS SO YESTERDAY..and so NOT healthy!!

Tan lines? Whatever. I wear nothing less than SPF 15 for swims, even higher for workouts over an hour.
And you're right, Nancy. The scar on my back where they removed a suspicious mole looks way cool.

i went to the dermatologist on Friday, and she gave me a gold star!
