UGH!

How can I possibly call this running when I feel like I couldn't go any faster if I tried??

4 miles at a 14:00 minute pace with Run/Walk intervals that started at 3/1 and meandered down to 1/1 by the end of the workout.

I think I shopped faster than I ran today. I'll just take pride in knowing that I didn't give up on the workout.

Back to baby shower gifts...Less than 24 hours to the party!

I don't know about you, but we had humidity between 70 and 90 percent today! ANYTHING felt like crap!

WTG on the baby blobbies! I mean, booties!

I'm sitting here thinking 14 minute miles are pretty good. I am still building up strength to run and am only walking. So I'm looking at 18-20 minute miles. I think you're doing great!

Plus, they say interval training is great for your heart, burns more calories than steady state training, and helps improve your speed overall. You're doing great!
